Situated within the Wasatch Mountains, explicitly at the top of Little Cottonwood Canyon,. the Alta Ski Resort is a premier destination for skiers around the world. Receiving an annual average snowfall of 550 inches, Alta also has more than 2500 vertical feet of skiable terrain accessed by 7 chairlifts. We are also home to the world-renowned Alf Engen Ski School.
OUR LODGE
The Goldminer’s Daughter Lodge is situated at the base of the Alta Ski Resort, just feet away from the main high-speed quad lift. Our lodge has the perfect accommodations for a ski vacation. We offer a full breakfast and four-course dinner at the Top of the Lodge. Along with a complimentary après spread in the Goldminer’s Saloon, as well as an indoor hot tub to relax in after a long day of skiing.
